The new point NASCAR (okay, not really new anyore) structure has me a bit baffled and I guess I’m old school but I’ve been having trouble following it this year. With the  NBA in full swing it’s been more interesting to me. Maybe once it wraps up I’ll get back into the run for the cup but really, they need to get some of the drama back into the race for it to remain interesting to me. Any thoughts on this?

With support being withdrawn at record numbers from the automotive industry I’m wondering where motor sports will be in the next few years. I hope today is a good race and I hope the dash for the championship is a safe, interesting and competitive one! Gentlemen, start your engines!
